Mediation
What is the role of a mediator?
"Takawaenga" (te reo Māori) – mediator, intermediary, or go-between.
A mediator is an independent third party who assists parties in a dispute to explore and resolve their problems. A mediator does not take sides, give advice, or determine the outcome of disputes.
